6 months!

Can you believe Abby turned 6 months old a week ago?! It seems like her first birthday will be here before we know it! So what does a 6 month old Abby do? Well, she's doing lots of cute things like:

* Rolling over
* Sitting up by herself and toppling over after a few minutes
* Babbling constantly ....DaDaDaDa
* Confusing Dad by saying DaDaDa
* Eating her toes every chance she gets (wish I had that flexibility!)
* Sleeping on her tummy some
* Getting aggrevated when she's tired of playing on her tummy!
* Eating her fruits and vegetables
* Pulling our hair and pinching us
* Laughing lots at silly mommy and daddy
* Being a curious cat checking everything out
* Eating her washcloth during bathtime and splashing lots

She's definitely a happy little camper! :) At her 6 month check up, the only thing the doctor found was some fluid behind her ears. We go back for a follow up visit on the 16th to see if the antibiotics cleared it all up. Other than that, he said she looked great! Her stats were: Weight: 18 lbs 11 oz …..97th percentile Height: 27 1/2 inches…92nd percentile Head: 44 cm 88 percentile.

Abby's Baptism

Abigail Elizabeth was baptized today and was on her best behavior! She had lots of support from her grandparents on both sides, Uncle Paul, Uncle Oscie and her friends: Michelle and Lily! Abby charmed the congregation by smiling and looking at everyone as our minister introduced her. She wore her beautiful christening gown and to my relief, she didn't mess it up one bit. Thanks everyone for sharing our special day.....and we hate you were sick Aunt Jill!

Words

So... I hope you don't mind, but I'm going to diverge off the Abby train for a moment. I found a neat website that... well... hard to explain. Just have a look... err... you'll probably need to follow the link.

Wordle: Declaration of Independence

This is the Declaration of Independence. Yeah, I know, about a month and a half too early, but still very cool. Anyways, make your own word art. It's lots of fun.

Love ya. Be safe.
